There are enough projects in the first 8 minutes of this video to keep you busy for years. Great find guys.

That's actually a really good idea to put together at least one good relatively solid car out of all the parts you acquired.

Absolutely amazes me how much shit is left laying around old farms in the Midwest. Farmers never get rid of ANYTHING.
@Oldvehicle199 күн бұрын
Yup like every farm that i have past has some kind of old vehicle

In contrast, usually they don't have anything worth crap! This one was a very unique case. A bunch of junk, but among that junk was a couple rusty crappy diamonds!

It is super rare to find performance cars in the Midwest. Unless it's a rivertown on the Mississippi

Another fun adventure ! Nice old Jeep pickup and CJ ? model, old Chevs. & model A ? and motorcycles.

I don’t think mook likes doing the field work. She takes care of the farm and finances. It’s tough putting yourself out there every week. They’ve worked hard and she can do whatever she wants that makes her happy. I’m sure she’ll be back if she wants.

32:36 As a watch nerd I can't not point out that glowing markers on watches haven't been radioactive in a long, long time. That watch is a certified piece of junk; it looks to be a knock off of a watch brand I've never head of called Corum. These days we refer to the glowing material as "lume", derived from the word luminescent.

I was wondering why my hair fell out. Then I realized my watch is powered by uranium...

Corum is a Swiss company that releases limited edition watches.

I figured I would find some info about that watch in the comments! We were able to buy it for five bucks and so we'll see what happens. Either my hand falls off or I have a cool piece to put on the shelf... I don't wear watches so I'll go with the second option 😂
@GeorgiaRidgerunner9 күн бұрын
@@JunkyardDigsthe radium on the watch isnt really dangerous you get more radiation from an xray machine than you ever will from that watch Fun fact: The mantles (little mitten looking things) on coleman lanterns are radioactive too but not in any dangerous amount

Spent the first 30 years of my life in Iowa and holy fuck I've never felt more compelled to return. This property is the thing dreams are made of. The level of anxiety I have wanting to save 95% of that stuff, is off the charts. If I were there I'd help you guys remove as much of that stuff as possible, completely free of charge.

My neighbor had a 1969 GTO Judge That come with a bench seat and 4 speed . These vehicles are rare and can be seen with a stick shift. Only 1 of 58 and the only one built with this configuration in the judge registry known to exist.
