Check with manufacturer some crank angle sensors have to be programmed before you can use them ✌

Just replaced cam, crankshaft with NTK sensors. Carried out ths relearn procedures, still has the issue. Bugger!

Hi mate had the same problem with mine. I changed everything and U wouldn't believe it , it was the head gasket. The leak wasn't in to the engine but the combustion chamber and exhaust, it was causing moisturiser on the plugs and fuking the electrical system out with the plugs. Do a compression test on all cylinders.

I done heaps of testing today. Compression is pretty good, except cyl 7, its still within spec. Slowly going through all the possibilities

made of mine has one of these jeeps (not sure on year but probably same) and it's been good seeing you run through the swaptronics process. hoping you find the solution soon(is there a mob who could diagnose it with a scan tool?)

dam you have thrown a lot of parts at it hope its worth it . hate playing the guess game can get very expensive

Oh yes the solar is great, works good. The orange one is doing my head cause I'm missing parts lol

Crank sensor. Losing sync with the teeth and engine cuts out.

Replaced the crank, cam sensors with NTK, and done the relearn procedure . Still has the issue 😕

Mate. The amount of money ,time and work that you've spent on this thing. Just to get it running. It's a damn lemon. It's wasting good time and good money. Sorry to be negative but get it running, sell it off and buy something more reliable.😉

I drove one of these for 5yrs, was a good thing. This one has been abused by teenagers on stockton beach, so I have my work cut out. Its pointless giving up now, worth nothing to sell, and theres no way rip someone off. I like fixing electrical stuff, challenge is testing! 😁
