Last week, I had this experience. An Armenian woman with her child asked me for help at Walmart. She said that I just came to America and my husband is unemployed. I planned to give her $50 in cash, but she refused and asked me to pay for the child. I also agreed to buy food. When I got to the cashier, the price was 374 American dollars. The lady told me that this is food for my child, but most of them were expensive medicines, and when I paid, she took the receipt and He disappeared and later he uses that receipt and returns them again and earns money in this way. It is very hard to feel that you have been taken advantage of even though you do a good job.

Basic FACTS.. I had been hearing about this specific family being at multipal Walmarts across upper Michigan and a few in northern Wisconsin. Upon learning they were in town, I quickly went to go seek them out. They normally don't stay long and always drove right by the nearby gas stations leaving (so much for no gas). A priest in northern Michigan (downstate) says he is familiar with this couple, he said it looks like they bought a new van. He says this is the life they live, living off of other peoples willingness to give. Plan on more videos IF they return.. I promise you that.

A few years ago these two pan handlers were fighting over a lucrative street corner in the Houston area, I was hanging out at the convenience store getting my morning brew and waiting for a service call. The panhandler came up to me and was complaining about the incident. I told him about a smaller town just outside the city limits that was even more lucrative and in fact this man was driving around that would give him 3 meals a day and free room and board. In fact I would drive him there. I dropped him off at the street corner in this small town and did my service call that was just a few blocks away. When I got back he was being escorted in handcuffs, and just like I said he got free room and board and three square meals a day at the local jail!

To everyone saying he should mind his own business... Why can a citizen who pays taxes and lives legally in a state not approach someone obviously benefitting off the hard work of others? I get the fact that the beggar in question can do whatever he wants, but he is benefitting from the freedom and community you worked so hard to receive and be a part of. If there is nobody to at least lend a hand in helping him see what justice means in America, then he'll keep on begging for your money and will ultimately be a factor in a larger issue. If these are Roma (Gypsies) then you have to understand that typically, this kind of begging is very well organized, and typically run by a Clan Chief. They are responsible for the welfare of those under their authority, though the ones involved in crime use the women and children as pawns for begging and thievery, as they have a very top down, patriarchal society. They marry off the children at a young age, don’t allow them to attend school, and typically have mothers give birth at home so they don’t register the kids with the state. Of not everyone that is an ethnic Roma is a part of the organized crime or bad society, they typically just blend in with everyone else in their home country since they are virtually indistinguishable from everyone else: they’re professionals who have families, they actually send their kids to school, they’re focused on their crafts or trade, etc. Ever since the Roma migrated from Rajasthan in northern India, they have established themselves across Europe, to varying degrees of success, sometimes becoming important parts of the community and sometimes becoming the pariah. In Eastern Europe, where many have migrated from to the west, they are mostly reduced to slums and backwater villages, as most of the population don’t want to deal with them, and the Roma themselves don’t seek to change their ways. Many of the Roma who cause problems in European metros are from these areas of Eastern Europe, as the EU allows for freedom of movement within its border for a period of several months. There is a large, but lowkey population of people who are descended from, and are apart of the Roma community in the US. There are multiple different tribes spread across Europe, and the US too, with each having their own trade or specialty, which in some cases is crime. It sucks to see this kind of crap in the states. Hopefully it doesn’t get as bad as it is in Europe.

Romani/gypsy are not homeless. This is their way of life and their “job” and as you can see it’s generational. Surprised the dad hasn’t done the fake violin playing. TV news crews have done stories on the Roma that are traveling the US and have followed them to pretty nice apartment complexes. Lots of KZbin vids! They are everywhere In Europe and now have found a home in the US. Don’t give them your hard earned cash! Donate to food banks etc!!!!

A local television station here imbedded a Bum looking reporter, Raggedy clothes holes in his T-shirt 10 day old beard he really looks like shit! Skinny and looking like every other POS holding a cardboard sign. The guy he was dealing with did not know his new friend had a hidden camera and a camera truck near. They took separate sides of the street and agreed to pull their income. The real bum said these people have no choice! They are Christians and as Christians they are taught that they have to give money to the poor! he said they are not allowed to judge! When you approach them you have to smile and say God bless you about every other breath you take. That's why you can get rich in this game! These people feel guilty for having so much while people like us don't have squat! if someone flips you off or throws something at you you have to just ignore it because a lot of times it's the cops following them hoping to get you so pissed off that you will throw a rock back at them or do something so they can put the cops on you and haul you off to jail. he said I've been doing this for almost 50 years. I have land in Texas with a lake paid for that i'm a going to retire out when I get my Social Security. I have two apartments here that I rent out , and they have paid for themselves! I like the freedom of coming and going when I damn well want to. I live in a 1988 Winnebago that I bought for $800 and I park it at a mobile home park right over across the street. It cost me $450 a month for hook up of water and electricity and I get EBT Worth $1100 a month with EBT you can buy anything you want including beer liquor pot you just have to know where to go! when is raining hard or when is unbearably hot that is the best time to do this because people feel sorry for you and it's like fishing in a barrel!

I've had a few job interviews but no one wants me cause I'm a mental wreck (which I think is illegal if they decline me, but I'll just keep trying elsewhere) But we are nicely dressed, we had a car (sold it for food and motel expenses) so just cause people look fine doesn't mean we are. We haven't eaten in 3 days. This shit sucks. If you see someone panhandling don't try and play detective, some of us are actually in trouble. I hate people telling us to get jobs like it'll magically fix everything. He has a job and we are still screwed.

Good Job!! I see a lot of opinionated haters in these comments, but guess what?? CONS NEED TO BE EXPOSED, ALL DAY, EVERY DAY, POINT, BLANK, PERIOD! I don’t mind being charitable as long as I know it’s legit for the most part. But unfortunately too many people make it hard for those that really need the help, it’s too easy to get taken advantage of nowadays. A man was out here parked in front of the Auto Zone with a tire removed from his car, and 3 little girls standing out there in the New Orleans summertime humidity and heat. I was across the street at a gas station where he ran across to me, explained how he and his daughters couldn’t afford a new tire and were stranded, and that he had hot sausage, hamburger patties, or other various meats (random af) that he would give me if I could help him. I honestly felt SO BAD for those little girls out there suffering and stranded, and here this father was trying to do whatever he could within his power to get that tire fixed. I said look, forget about the meat and I gave him $30 towards the tire hoping that would cover a good portion of it. He thanked me and I drove off knowing I did a good deed. Fast forward to two weeks later…I go to the same gas station (which I went to often since it was in my neighborhood) and who do I see across the street in the Auto Zone parking lot? Yup! Same dad, same daughters, same tire on the same ground. I was stunned and before I could even get out my car all the way, here he comes running across the street towards me in a panic and started telling me the same story word for word, free meat and everything (I couldn’t get past the part that he had no recollection of talking to me probably because all the people he’s done this to) and I cut him off mid-sentence, TOLD HIM ABOUT HOW I JUST GAVE HIM $30 BEHIND THE SAME ISSUE TWO WEEKS AGO, and called his ass out some more in front of the whole gas station, telling people don’t give him no money and how it’s a SHAME he has those babies out there in the heat trying to gain sympathy really scamming people! Don’t be naive or narrow-minded, not everybody deserves your help no matter how helpless the people involved look. Get played if you want to!
