I enjoy getting out in conditions like this. The mood it creates offers so much to work with and more often than not, you have the place all to yourself. Great vlog and awesome images Jason. Thanks for sharing.

The quarry offers a great place to capture moody images with fog. I really liked the B&W. Happy Holidays!!!

Jason, I do congratulate you that you make the most out of the limited dynamic range of the Canon 5D2. I had that camera and I experienced a lot of noise in the files trying to pull the shadows, and din't want to shoot too many files to accommodate the dynamic range. You seem to be doing an excellent job with it. Cheers.

Was this Saturday, the 15th? If so we were there too but I thought it looked so drab I left my camera in my bag and went home. Just goes to show how you can make an image in any weather. Wish I would have stayed now. Thank you for posting another excellent video.

1:26 - This is such a beautiful photo! Bravo, sir! Wales is on my list of places to visit to photograph. Also, unless I'm being stupid, your website doesn't work. I really wanted to see that photo (and the rest of yours) at a larger resolution :-)

Nice content but I honestly wish it was uploaded in at least 1080p if not 1440p. Seems a shame to shoot all this footage in low quality, wasted opportunity to showcase the landscape's beauty.

Jason, as always like your videos. Just not sure why all the interest in B&W. I am old enough to remember the day when only the rich could afford color and all that us poor folk could use was B&W. That was 50+ years ago. The renewed interest in monochrome is puzzling to me. Maybe I am just too old.

I dont know why youtubeers doing photography always give their settings, which are based on the light at that position and time, and will never ever be the exact same light ever again, I watch for location and composition tecniques not settings.
