This is probably the best demonstration of a proper deadlift form I've seen thus far. On par with if not better than Rippetoe's. Dividing the movement in segments and explaining each segment like this just shows that he's not only a beast of a crossfitter but he's just as good at delivering his knowledge. Speaking for myself, nothing motivates me more than a carefully calculated and reasoned approach. Jason, buddy, if you were my coach, I'd literally die for you out there.
