Thank you for your tour. I do love the two kitchen areas indoor and outside. The living room area is very nice. And walking form the living room area to the patio in the back area is beautiful. I, like you would love the water fall and pool there as well. Then and addition walk space in front if the rocking area for the yacht is beautiful. Yes, a 50 or 60 foot yacht there is manageable. The intercoastal connection to the Miami Harbour and then to the Atlantic is very nice. You are right about the air of place us so nice. The terrace is very nice connecting the bedrooms. Thank you again.

Amazing house...truly spectacular!!! A couple of things I wanted to point out, Jason, which you should know as a realtor. 1) The main front door is called a "pivot" door. 2) Fireplaces don't have "backsplashes"; they have "surrounds", so the fireplace in this living room has a marble surround. 3) Those long, horizontal upper windows near the ceiling have a specific name...they are called "transom" windows. I thought you should know. You're welcome. ;-)

Very nice, design feature rich, classy, elegant, friendly, pleasant. The glass wall bathtub is not eccentric, that's solid design. Living room was simple but worked very well. I'm not local but that looks like a happening location. Even though the neighbor is poor and only has a 48 foot Azimut yacht that's not even new. Nice design everywhere, nothing spoils the joy except one curious thing, the threshold for the pivot door. And it feels a bit narrow. Worth changing I think.

Another excellent job! My only wish is to the developers regarding land use. I am sure there is more money to be made with 2 houses but since I love a little more privacy and land space, I would have bought the land next door and place this house in the center. This would also allow for more dock space for my Magnuson 108 foot plus a couple friends visiting with their yachts!

Why not save a trip and just send the camera man because you're essentially just a voice over now. Constant cut aways make it very difficult to understand the floorplan and without the walk through its difficult to get a sense of the size and grandeur of the property. Just my 2 cents
