I love this home. It gives more of vacation home but it’s still so cozy with the natural and minimalistic colors. The trees gives it island and calmness. I loveee how you spotted out the coral detailing on the steps! You always do a great job.

Concealed door hinges, I can rest easy. It's just a classy touch and a must. It has a 60s,70s,80s architecty exterior layout. Pool doubles as a park reflection pond. Classy solutions throughout. It's a classy flex house. It's not bad.

This is a beautiful house with a unique design. I like the Portuguese limestone floor and kitchen island. I like the coral wall by the stair. The Ancient Egyptians built the pools in front of their houses. This Miami house has a pool in the front.

Happy Friday Jason. Don’t usually like modern but this looks amazing as well as the last few. The soft color scheme is lovely. Courtyard and pool lovely. Stained aluminum. Ok. Love the seating area. Large beautiful dining room. 6-seating island in the kitchen. Amazing cabinetry with pull out shelves. Wow. Slide in cabinet doors. Cozy breakfast area for ☕️🥐🥯🍳🥑🥓🧇🥞🧈🫐🍓🍇🥭☕️🥂🫖. Love the wine area and pantry. Oh. Another pantry. Love your footwork 🕺😂. Staff room with entry. Great. Tv room is lovely. The staging is 🙌🏼 but I didn’t hear you say it’s included. Amazing outdoor kitchen/dining/living/pool. Lovely first guest bedroom and en-suite. The powder room is lovely. Elevator 🙌🏼. Nice stairs. Loft area spacious guest bedrooms.
