Hey Jason. It’s the wine room and bar room for me 🍾🥂🍷🍹🍸🥃🧊. His and hers closets and bathrooms? The primary suite with the flex rooms etc is like what ; 2000 sq ft? Love that the backyard summers kitchen is covered. Lots of space to lounge and dine. Pool. Dock. Elevator 🙌🏼. Great 1st & 2nd floor laundry 🧺 rooms. Love the bar. All the guest bedrooms huge. People who own homes like these tend to entertain often. You can’t have 200 people lined up to use 1 bathroom. Furthermore if you’ve ever been in a 10K square foot home, you’d find there’s a lot of ground to cover/get to. So it’s also convenience having extra bathrooms around the home. From my experience.
