Really good design, exterior, and interior. I like the carport, it opens up the confined space to give you that "sense of glamorous arrival". Enclosed, the entrance area would have been narrow and uninviting. Thanks to you and your brother, for showing these properties to us in a way that only you guys can! 21:33 A 4K HD projector is a better experience for watching movies than the best TV. Not only can it project onto a screen several times larger but reflective light is easier on the eyes. Plus it just feels special, like you’re actually in a theater. And if you’re dropping $10 million on a mansion, you might as well drop $100k on a real cinema 4K digital projector.

Being the practical person that I am, how hurricane proof is this gorgeous and amazing space. Love all the glass and natural light, but are there outside very strong steel shutters that cover all this in the event of a say Cat 3 or 4?. I'd immediately install several generators as well to keep essential appliances and lights running. This is a very beautiful and very well designed home. Am hoping those pillars throughout provide extra support for the actual house structure. I'm not much of a modernist, but this hits an area between too modern and very classical design. I'd live there.

Dang. You really need a large family to get the most out of this house. Imagine how sad this house would be without people to share it with. It's so perplexing, elegant and well done. I'm just flabbergasted by just how crazy this world is. Some people living so large and some living with so little. Could you use a wider angle lens and not constant interruption with narrow shot b roll? You use a narrow shot on you for a few seconds and then disconnected b roll, that means you lose the layout more or less completely. You'd have to painstakingly piece together the layout as a mystery puzzle. Use a wider lens, actually show the house. It's not about you and you need the continuity.

Very nice house and presentation. 1st time I considered a house with the bedrooms " downstairs ".. the only thing I'd do differently is make the master a little bigger, put a small kitchen on the third floor and with the open YARD space, turn to a basketball court, which had the ability to turn into a hidden pool 🤫🤫
