I tried all these methods but didn’t work, then I realised it may be my ISP blocking it. I disconnected from ISP and connected to personal hotspot from my iPhone and it worked. It started to download.

Go to My Fire TV Hit About Then press the OK button about 7 times then go back and you should have the developers options. I will do a quick video on this for you.

I have Gen 2 on OS 5 and Downlader 1.4.3. What’s diff is when I open Downloader for the first time, it doesn’t ask me to allow permission. Just goes to the main screen. Also, my Developer Option - Apps from Unknown screen doesn’t list any apps. I’m just able to turn that option on or off. So I turn it on. When I put in your info on the Downloader screen, everything works. But it doesn’t for the other. I still get the error message. I’ve even did the restart and factory reset several times. That one gives me the error message. Is it a problem with the link that I’m keying in if yours is working?

Yes it is. It's how they shorten the links. Ask if they can give you a different link. Is there something you are looking for?

The only other option is to factory reset your firestick. Then you will have to reinstall all your apps.
