Chef Jasper’s Thai Chicken & Crispy Garlic Chili Noodles
8 ounces rice noodles, cooked according to package instructions
2 six ounce chicken breasts, sliced
1/4 cup sesame oil
12 garlic cloves, sliced thin
2 shallots, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 teaspoons ginger, grated
1 tablespoons crushed red pepper
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup Hoisin sauce
1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh green onions
Cut chicken into thinly sliced strips. Heat oil in sauté pan or wok,
add chicken and stirfry. Add bell peppers and ginger. Add chili peppers. Stir. Add garlic, shallots, and toss. Reduce with soy sauce. Add Housin sauce and sesame seeds. Add noodles and toss. Finish with cilantro, basil and green onions and serve.
