I would Love to see a 30'x30' Single story 2 bed 2 bath w/ Laundry room and open concept Kitchen/ Living w/ Fireplace and Carport and Porch wrapped on 2 sides. And Lots of Storage.

I would move the wash/dryer to far wall. The heat can't be good for canned goods and storage. I loved this layout for the home.

I prefer cabinets to open shelves and microwave/vent over stove! Cabinet in bathroom for storage, no pedestal sink. Take more footage off dining room and give to living room turning table horizontal.

This one checks most of my boxes! The one thing missing is upper cabinets in the kitchen. Perhaps to help compensate there is a corner in the dining area (where there's a plant) with space for a tall cabinet. And as others have mentioned, shift the laundry machines to the outside wall.

A bit on the small side. I like the floor plan, but I would want it to be larger, 900 Sq ft with 2 bathrooms and larher bedrooms and living area.

You packed a lot of living into a small space. My only critique is that the living room-kitchen zone seems squished. And why the two doors in the kitchen space???

Such a nice house, but I would swap the pantry and laundry so the dryer could vent directly to the outside. Cleaning dryer vents after years of using is necessary to prevent fires and it's almost impossible if you can't reach it. Also, the shorter the distance from a dryer to the end of the vent improves the dryer ability to work fast.
