Very appealing 👍. But, in order to make those bedrooms a little larger, I would take from the backyard patio. And I would make a window for the first bathroom.

It seems like a lot of space for the entry and not much for the living room so I would make the foyer the same width as the living area. This would let me increase the size of the living area and just have a small entry with a bench and hanging space. For only 750 sq ft, and my own personal needs, I would have to combine the laundry and the pantry. This would allow the dryer to vent to outside. Nice house with a lot of live-ability in a small space, especially with the outdoor covered spaces.

Entryway is nice but I’d prefer this to be a one bedroom with bath and a half bath and make the living room bigger.

There's an excellent entry, but the living room is very small, so it's a shame to waste space on an artificial (no chimney) fireplace. The kitchen isn't large, but there is a big pantry. This would be a good home for a couple with one child or parent.

The living room is too small the kitchen is too small the color scheme is ugly as far as the curtains in the bedrooms. The bedrooms are way too small
