@ThomasTrimble All the time and as much as necessary ; They can be incorporated in any session whatever technical or conditioning. It is also very good to use these drills during warming up

Sorry if I'm way off base on this--and *please* correct me if I am--but on many (not all) of the repetitions of these drills, it seems that the rear foot turns (correctly), but there's no real *drive* from the rear leg into the block--because the front foot has already landed! I do understand that, in a full throw, the front foot lands *soon* after the rear foot; but the rear leg *should* land (slightly) first, and start its turn/drive, before the front foot actually touches the ground--no?

Hey, what would you say are the reason why I cannot keep my front leg braced? I can keep it braced in when I walk and slowly jog into it, but when ever I run full speed, the front leg bends, what would be the reason and what would be the cure? thanks
@MrDengerard12 жыл бұрын
@FalconzRETREAT The only reason is that your front leg is not strong enough, or you plant your leg too much forward. I think your leg isn't strong enough, maybe you have to do more jumps to strengthen your legs.

Nice drills...but You should do a full cross step during the exercises when it's possible and not a foot to foot step.
