This video is Part 2 of a two video series. In this video I'll be showing you how to replace the rear door on your 2001 to 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan or Chrysler Town and Country. This will also apply if you have the short wheel base (SWB) Caravan and the Voyager.
If your van has damage to the rear door (some folks call it a liftgate or hatch) it can be really expensive to have it repaired to look nice again. I'm going to show you how I do it and it only cost me about $80.00 for the repair. This isn't a real difficult repair to perform and I'll show you how to do it step by step.
Part 1: Prepping for removal of your existing door and then removing the door.
Part 2: Installing the new door, making your existing key work with the new door, electrical and wiring how-to, compatibility issues and how to solve.
