For those of you wondering about the cost: Starts at $206,000 before transport, installation, utility hookups, and of course excludes the cost of the land or parcel, property taxes, and maintenance. Manufactured home no longer means budget friendly living. Personally I would opt for a home site constructed on a slab.

You can Now put all Manufacturered Homes on a Concrete Slab or a Concrete Pier and Beam Foundation this is why they are no longer called Mobile Homes they are Attached to and a fixed to the Land like Sight built Homes.

Really Nice home I would take a add 5 feet to the bathroom to make it a little bigger. Change the double sing and add a vanity. The sun room would be my walk in closet with an island in the middles and sitting area.

This is a Modular Home. You’re simply looking at a Ranch Style Modular Home. That’s why it’s just long and straight like a mobile home. Modular Homes come in many different styles. One story, Two story, Brick, Log and just about any other style you can think of.

Love the Openess !!! Love the Large Great Room. Love the Grey Paint and White Trim !! Like All the Trey Ceiling's. Love the Flooring !! Don't like Any of the Cabinet Color, (Oak) whether in Kitchen's, Cabinet's, Bath's, or Furniture. Don't like the Oak or Darker Furniture, Bathroom Cabinet's, or the Headboard's, etc. Don't like Open Kitchen Cabinet's, or the Laundry Room Cabinet's. Don't like the Shower Surround Color, or on the Tub. Definitely, Don't like the Blue Color, on the Outside of the Home.
