The levy is a cute house. I am glad that you included not only the price for the model at palm harbor homes but the price for the house for sale in Florida. Thank you for showing the outside of it in a mobile home park. It is really nice to see what it looks like completed with landscaping. It is also nice to see that I could buy the house for a lot less than the one offered at the model center. I am sure that it is pretty stripped down inside but at least it is more affordable. Thank you for the length that you went to to show a beautiful model and a model that is complete and for sale.

I wish that I lived in that area. That home that you showed for sale is really nice and a great price for a home in 2022. I would have expected it to be a lot higher since it has a carport and shed.

The Plant City Palm Harbor prices are crazy high compared to other states. You could buy a manufactured home from LA or TX and have it trucked to Florida and still save 10's of thousands

Omg is that expensive. 1200 ft² 172,000 you have to be kidding me. You could buy a house with a basement for that much money. And maybe even a pool.
