I am 1981 born & we had a jawa. so I know that if this modern jawa delivers the same performance then it will be a big problem for. Royal Enfield & we all know that mojo had a better engine than RE..So the chances are very high that the upcoming time is not very good for royal Enfield...I am not saying that RE is a bad bike but Royal Enfield co. knows in itself that what jawa is & how much they are going to hurt...If mahindra has resurrected the soul of old jawa..

We all will agree that RE bikes are sold just because of their thumping sound & the heritage it carries which makes the rider feels proud...& Jawa was also popular for its power & heritage which also made its rider feel proud...The engine is the heart of any bike & it decides whether a bike will be a success or not...Mahindra in the first attempt made a better engine than RE but why mojo failed because it was competing with a bike with rich heritage & they got it in the form of jawa. Now they have created a bike having a rich heritage combined with a more powerful, refined & future ready liquid cooled, dohc engine. That's why everybody is betting big time on this machine...

@@harshitkaushik5994 so your next question would be if Triumph has a good engine why isn't selling much ?? Dumbo ! Mojo is designed for highway cruisers not for office commuters ! Owners of RE use it for office commuting and very few use it for touring. RE is a wonderful product but it's 2019 still they cannot offer same engine that's decades old ! RE bikes are definitely good for the torque it offers but should have given some refinement and improvements on quality and just 2 months back they gave rear disc and ABS just to retain its position and oh man fuel gauge ! Still thats an idiotic idea just to have reserve indicators, all these they should have provided 3 years back ! Now you will see Jawa bikes selling on descent count just for its refinement and power, modern features along with the comfort they offer ! We are worried just about its service network and mileage ! Now don't boast RE is Good on these , they too have horrible customer satisfactions.
