@@MdoubleHB..x I usually don't respond to insignificant little trolls like you but I'm getting tired of the B.S. So here goes...labeling someone an "animal abuser" and wishing death on them because they don't believe in your radical cultic vegan view, is very harsh! You need to take a long, hard look at your life and the history of mankind, if not the world, and realize that we are all abusers of this planet! Everything organic is alive and we all thrive on something that is living to sustain our lives! Don't even try to pull out this "levels of consciousness" bull crap! If you are going to survive on this planet you have to kill something to do it...be it plant or animal. Next, if you ever partook in eating an animal, drinking it's milk, eating eggs, up to and including, drinking your own mother's milk, then you are an animal abuser too, and by your own words, deserve the same fate you wish on other "animal abusers"! Moreover, the fact that you are using some type of device just to comment on this post means you either have a smartphone or a computerized device that allowed you to make this post. If you are any kind of environmentalist worth their salt you would have given up these devices long ago! If you knew the amount of mining/environmental destruction/ harm to animals it takes to create one of these devices, then you wouldn't have wasted your time to make your post! Congratulations, you're a troll who disproved their point just by posting your undereducated, poorly thought out opinion without thinking about the full consequences of your actions! 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

OUTSTANDING workout! All of those movements look incredible...wish those machines were available back in the early 90's when I was bodybuilding. Old-school did work though and I enjoyed those workouts. I totally agree with Jay's comments on getting burnt out with process. My current workout routine consists of 24 total sets, 6 movements total with 45 sec of rest between movements in a "superset" style. At nearly 60, I am basically in a "maintenance" mode...but do workout consistently 2-3 times per week.

Eh, It's not really comparable. Ronnie had an injury early before he even got to Olympia and ignored it and destroyed his back. Yea lifting heavy is a part of the factor but only because he continued to lift heavy after he was injured and shouldn't have. Also back surgery options back then were less advanced. All of the fuses just kept blowing more and more disks which is why he's a wreck now.
