Lol true. Im reminded of something my old trainer used to say "real tough guys are usually the nicest guys in the world. Those are the ones you dont wanna piss off". Ive always had a really good eye for being able to spot fighting talent and what types of strengths someone has just from squaring up with them for a min or so. I immediately recognized brians natural ability, both physicality wise and natural ability wise. When Eddie hucked a heavy ass medicine ball at a completely unsuspecting brian, cracking him in the face 😂. Alot of guys would've been absolutely rocked or ko'd but Brian is so physically insanely rugged that he literally showed 0 reaction other than his eyes flashing in understandable anger for a second lol. Eddie was smart enough to run cause Brian immediately went after him lol. Anyways, that incident showed me that Brian could definitely absorb crazy shots if he had to, and it also showed his incredible vision. That can't be taught and is a key factor in defense in fights as well as just bracing to take shots if necessary. I cant decide what the best path forward is for brian as a fighter. Im thinking possibly judo (obviously with boxing training) because brians natural inclination is to grab someone and slam or toss them around. Im imagining Brian just slam koing dudes lol!

I feel like Brian is very careful to not go overboard with his insane strength, and will focus on submitting through technique and exercise his restraint to only put enough pressure to submit and not seriously harm anyone, but maybe he'll surprise me and goes ham destroying people
@mikimiyazaki
@mikimiyazaki 2 ай бұрын
@@chrisgore8597 lol! That philosophy doesn't work in real chaotic fights. He isnt a seasoned fighter and has some issues he'll have to overcome like speed and lack of stand up skills. Meaning he likely wont be so many levels better than his opposition to have the option to use "minimal necessary force" to end a fight. Unless hes fighting non fighters.

I admit to not knowing the science, but when adding things to things, there's a certain amount that does not add, versus the part that does add. So i'd imagine it's not entirely nothing. I mean chemically speaking someone for sure can parse it out, but to assume water cannot take on anything else because of it's structure might be a bit of a stretch. For instance adding water soluble things to my water has a limit to where the water doesn't absorb more, but to say adding xx is the same as adding yy isn't valid. Your take on it could be valid, maybe it's basically snake oil, but to say something exists already as a compound so adding more components yields no net change is a silly thing to say on face value.

The supplement/nutrition industry is probably 85% placebo. Nutrition is notoriously difficult to study for so many reasons(lack of compliance, no true placebo group, and the impossibility of having a control group). Tough to navigate and decide what is worth it

@@kchop4tehwpn your example is called saturation in chemistry and it is not the same as what we are saying about not being able to change the chemical makeup of water by adding more of one of the atoms to it. Dude I'm 6'11", 360lbs, and been cutting from 450. My maintenance is 3000 calories, the fact that you can cut on 50% more than that is wild, just shows how much muscle mass there is to that 400

Muscle and activity makes the difference. I am 6 foot 5 and 300 pounds built like Brian. I generally eat 4200 calories a day but I have more fats and carbs because my system requires it. When people ask me how I eat all that and stay in shape I say stay active. Even if you feel tired... KEEP GOING 📢

Right? Like I know he knows what he's talking about. But to me all that jug is doing is separating the hydrogen and oxygen in the water, electrolysis, then they just float to the top and leave. Seems like it's just less water. But who knows these days.

That container of grapes had way more carbs than just 21. Grapes are almost all sugar. Diabetics generally steer clear of them for that reason.

@@Indaigo1- Could be several reasons. As he is "cutting" breaking up the burgers creates more apparent volume and might be a mind game to help him feel at least a little more full. It could also just be a carry over from when he was eating much more. Eating as much as they do must be a chore. Ones jaw must ache from all the chewing. Breaking it down into smaller bites when cooking makes it easier to process while eating later... also cooks faster that way.

🤨hydrogenated water? No, there are not a ton of studies. There are a few limited studies all with mixed results and none with repeatable results. It's not going to hurt, but for the regular person if the price is high, it's pretty sketchy and unproven.

Yep chemist here. Nothing but pseudoscience. Hydrogen is insoluble in water so it just bubbles right out, not that it would do anything to you if it didn’t.

So then it comes into... do I stay long term and health focused? Or keep sacrificing health... I'm thinking I need to switch to being more healthier minded on my food intake.
