Can you imagine the headlines he'd have? Oh my god I'd fall over laughing.
@coolioso80811 ай бұрын
What I liked about these Headlines was how real they were, just funny human errors, and Jay's little quips about it. But that said, why is it that nobody else, not even some KZbinr can show funny headlines anymore? I would hope Jay Leno doesn't somehow hold a all media copyright to anybody else showing real headlines and making a few jokes about it. That would be like not being able to make reaction videos because it was done by Late Night hosts as well.

Jimmy Fallon just isn't the same as Jay Leno. Sure,he can be funny and chrismatic,but he's not just not in the same class or calibur as Leno ever was. I've never had watched any of his shows on The Tonight Show nowdays. It just wouldn't be the same.

And don't forget her sister Ura. Actual name. I heard their father named them. I'm from Corpus Christi, Texas.

@@judyvalencia3257 It's true. I live in Austin, Texas. Ima and Ura Hogg were real and rather wealthy family.

Ima Hogg was a real person, and the daughter of Texas governor Jim Hogg. She was a patron of the arts, and donated many paintings to the Houston Museum of Fine Arts. However, (and no offense intended) her purported sister Ura, and her other purported sister Wera, did not really exist - she had no sisters. I'm from Houston, and everyone here has heard these jokes for a long time. ;)

When I was a little kid, I would sneak out of my bedroom after my parents went to sleep for the sole purpose of watching these headlines.

I did the same with Johnny Carson. On school nights, if there was a comedian on Johnny, I would stay up and sneak down the hall to listen and/or watch them. 😏 fun memories

These are common in Asia. Some are used for people to clean themselves, while others are used in old septic-tank toilets to spray anything that doesn't fall down the drain by itself.

I miss Jay's Headline segment. I wish they would give Jay a “Just the Headlines” show. I keep watching these over & over and even after having seen these reapeatly and all these years later I still laugh at them. Thanks Jay.
