Another great Jay Walking! I remember years ago you did a video and talked about how you looked forward to Mondays and ready to get after it fresh new week to push drive and build! That motivated me so much and has always stuck with me, to get through the "Monday return to work ect. Blues", I was so pumped and motivated after hearing to put a positive perspective on it! Re touch on that if you don't care! As always Thanks Jay!

What? No trip to the kitchen? Ah man... An episode of Jaywalk isn't one without a visit to the kitchen! I couldn't wait to see what was new on the counter... Oh well, maybe next time. At least, i got to see my usual favorite houses, including one with green exterior walls... I love these walks.

I always appreciated his demeanor in the gym. For some reason I came in contact with him several times during his prime. The old golds on Sandoval etc. He was never an adrenaline attention guy, not even on max sets. Always incredibly methodical in his training. Always kept to himself while being big as fuck.

Absolutely right about scheduling and consistency. So easy to stay on track when on a schedule, and not so much when the schedule changes. Have to have a really tough, goal oriented mindset to stay consistent. Thanks for the content, guys. Keep crushing it. 💯 👍💪

Hey Jay I’m 65 and I get blood work the same as you twice a year it’s always been okay but this last time I had went from 250lbs down to 190 dr walks in thought her nurse made a mistake on my weight and looked at me and said wow I just quit drinking sweet tea more water and Celsius and eating fruit all day and Eat a nice grilled chicken or turkey in the evening and a different vegetable that’s it It’s not that hard you just have to do it if you want change plus watching your videos help 100 percent you probably don’t remember my wife and I have met you several times and Dave in Columbus at the Arnold classic we still follow you Big Mike and Becky From Lexington Kentucky I remember 2006 you said who’s Big Mike when I shook your hand every body started laughing that was fun good times and still more ahead one of your Big Fans.oh yes blood work was excellent the best ever.

3:25 Test shots every 10 days ? If this was anyone else besides Jay I would say they are clueless...........I wish we knew the dose, even 200 migs would most likely have you low by day 10. Why the roller coaster, 4 days max IMO. The blood test today no doubt will show sky high T levels.
