This was by far the most fun and engaging video I have seen in a LONG while! Its really insane that you rode, hellihsly fast, on that tiny little trail bike. RESPECT! Went to a skate spot and there was a flea market there with tons of people. So I got a stunt scooter for $10 to cruise around on instead of walking everywhere, which is tons of fun. Found another spot, but no one on bmx, which was a little disappointing, but hey.

Going that hard on a 130 bike is actually insane. You must have been holding on for dear life. If you had a full-blown DH/Enduro bike, you would actually place pretty well.

Once the course started to break down I was definitely holding on for dear life, hahaha. After qualifying it was way too rough. Definitely want to try again with a bit more suspension :)

i recently subscribed coz i remember from Skills with Phil channel. First video that I watched was with your new bike and with the way you were riding i thought you could do some racing, Then I saw this vid. That other bike suits better for this kind of trail or even a proper DH bike and no doubt you'll be smashing these trails . Looking forward to more videos...including future race events....

I always watch this sort of thing and think it's the closest thing to rallying on two wheels. Do you fully memorise the full course with the runs you get before or are there certain bits you are dealing with on the fly each time?

It really is. I did my best to memorize the layout, but it’s hard to remember every line you have to take and rocks/roots/stumps to dodge. With so many people on the course it changes A LOT every single run (as I experienced in my finals run 😂)
