potion of strength 2 and thorns 3 on your armor should cut them down. sharpness 5 and looting 3 and unbreaking/mending on your sword. unbreaking 3 infinity flame and power 5 on your bow. mending is optional. oh and dont forget your shield. we will try all of them. thanks for the video.
