Our offensive line in Washington is a lot of the same guys we had last year if I’m not mistaken. Everyone talked about how bad our o-line was and now that Jayden is popping off we have a great o-line? I don’t think our o-line was bad last year, we just had an inexperienced shell shocked QB second guessing himself and holding the ball too long. When we brought Brisset in, the ball came out on time and everything was ok. Having a QB that is confident and trusts his guys to make plays takes a lot of pressure off the line. Combine that with a run game and you hold guys like Trey Hendrickson to one sack all game. The human element makes such a difference in football, particularly at the QB position. We can talk all about arm talent and size but at the end of the day, confidence, trust and icy veins will always beat sheer talent

Firstly, I think that Caleb will be just fine. But don't try the argument that Washington gave Jayden more help... Caleb has three #1 receivers. That run game should face less defenders because they need the coverage in place for those receiving threats. I think that's a poor excuse. Jayden was seen as the second choice because he's been SEEN as more of a runner.

Jeff Saturday really said their a better situation in Washington the guys on something 😂

*Kliff Kingsbury and Caleb Williams were together at USC, you would think the Bears would have hired Kingsbury as the Bears OC to run Lincoln Riley's offense that Williams ran in college, but just like a stupid organization, the idiot Bears took a pass on a common sense decision.*

Caleb isn't getting the same help!?!? Have these guys seen the pieces around JD!? Come on.

Our first full off-season without Dan Snyder, and this is what happens. The bad man is truly gone, and the curse is lifted

HeismanU is in Baton Rouge. Even Nussmeier is top tier in college QB categories right now. And the next man up??? Oh u know Bryce Underwood the #1 recruit in the '25 class and top 5 recruit of the last decade. LSU, in a 5 year span, legit went from a QB graveyard to QBU. Geaux Tigers

I thought the blame needs to go to the Bengals D, they let DJ sit in the pocket and survey the field for 6 secs each time ...i didn't understand the defensive game plan.... You pin your ears and Blitz the rookie all night... Make him make quick decisions... He's not going to be able to read disguised coverages yet.... The poise DJ showed in that TD throw was impressive though

Bears have a top 5 defense. Wash has a bottom 2 or 3. Offensive weapons obviously goes to bears and bears oline was better rated than Washington’s. So saying Jayden has a better set up now is ridiculous. He’s just simply playing better.

so three weeks into the season, it’s cool to call daniels a superstar, but it’s too soon to pause for concern with caleb williams? what is that logic lol

Chicago has a great supporting system around him he got like 3 #1 Wrs but I think both Qbs going to be good

The notion that Carolina didn't have enough talent for Young to be at least average. The Dalton comes in and 1st game with same players they go up and down the field. QB play can impact OL play Washington was the team that coming into this year we was wondering who was even gonna start for them seriously. Last year their OL was a train wreck and they didn't really appear to have made massive changes. Internally and some later draft picks. But now their OL looks like a great unit now? QB play can impact OL play Last year was last year, I think Caleb Williams can be ok. But i had him as my 3rd best QB... 1 Jayden first.. 2 Micheal Penix jr. And i wasn't just guessing. The same traits in detail played out. Calm in the pocket, tools to deal with pressure, willingness to pull the trigger, knack for protecting the football, deep ball placement.... same player.. same scouting report... he honestly didn't do anything we haven't seen him already do. Even that 3rd and 7 dot... it is kinda what he has been doing anyway. When i saw him throw it in pace my first thought was "thats a TD" Micheal Penix was my 2nd best QB. Different skill set but the same type of them.. placement down field.. instincts and naunce play with bodies around him and theme of decision making in structure Caleb Williams had didn't have ranked him because no matter what anyone says till you are blue in the face, if you can't stand on winning in structure, you better be taking all the layups in the passing game. Not running around trying to play hero. That is only route Caleb Williams has to a good season. Don't expect the OL to all of a sudden be ""good"... he fundamentally has to accept the layups and live in that lane for everything else to open up.

Yall bout put some respect on Washington now!!!
@bizangsСағат бұрын
All respect but all off-season these talking heads said things like "Look at what the Bears have done for their rookie QB. brought in this wr, etc... and Washington has done little to add weapons. A washed-up RB? their young potential star WR traded.. what is Washington doing??" Fast forward to 3 games in and they want to say Washington has the better setup etc... com`on man!!
@044Stihl2 сағат бұрын
A better setup in Washington? Sounds like we are already excusing Williams for a slow start rather than just praising Daniels. DJ Moore, Keenan Allen, Odunze, Kmet & Everett along with Swift and Johnson/Herbert are pretty good. Bears also have a better defense and higher rated O-line. Now I'd take the coaches in Washington over Chicago any day, but that isn't what's even being mentioned.

As a Bears fan. Don’t assume results before it’s done. So relax and wait ti the season is completely over. Too many times teams look good until they’re not. So 🤫

Funny they wanna say the Bengals good now that they got beat by commanders but last week they couldn't beat the chiefs 😂

Yo its three weeks in stop with the click bait topics at the end. Caleb threw over 350 this week behind a horrible line. I wont say Williams doesn't have better weapons because they are better than Was but I said all offseason Caleb will only have the success we expected if he's kept upright. Keep it on topic.... Daniels is a baller and that's that
@jayjames116558 минут бұрын
Jayden Daniels is clearly better BUT Caleb is not the next Bryce Young/Bust...... He's the next Justin Fields 😂😂 Someone get that man out Chicago!
