Real Singers with such immense talent who can perform live like their recordings is and has been a very dying breed. Nothing but them and a microphone with their Vocals and no Auto Tuner. The Music Industry is now Crap for the most part. Relies now on digital download hits and no actual lyrics or musicality vs. actual Artistry and Talent. Sad but true. Performers like Donna are still out there but rare indeed. The day of the singer/songwriter is dead with the exception of few and far between. We lost her too soon per Cancer. There is a reason she's labelled QUEEN of DISCO. Her voice was untouchable with the hits she created.

No Joke! Then follow it up with "Turn Off The Lights", & oh yeah, I'm done. I saw Pendergrass in concert. The venue was filled with women & I was the only white woman. A little girl sitting next to me asked her Mom, how come a white woman is here. Her Mom looked at me & replied, "everyone loves Teddy". My response almost made her Mom slide out of her chair... "Teddy can park his shoes under my bed any day".
