Truth be told, Tatum was more impactful overall. The voting system is flawed. We keep judging players based off of 1-2 criteria specifically rather than overall impact. Also, Tatum did a terrific job up against Mavs bigs down bellow. That matters. The man averaged 22 PPG 7 ASTS 7 REBS. Those are mvp type numbers.

@@KingHampton-ul1iw why are u making up numbers. it was the last 2 games. the game 4 blowout and now this game. the first 3 games (where they won), brown was easily the best player and shot above 50% and at least 20 points in each of the games, (with the third game being 30 points on 12-22 fg). game 4 and 5 were his only bad games. game 5 was already won by the 1st half. so it didnt really matter.

He plays more like kobe than anyone else in the league in terms of play style offensively and defense as well. He attacks the rim with the same exact moves a young 2001 kobe would, shoots like 2010 Kobe form wise, has the short sleeve like 08 kobe (except his is on the left arm not the right), has post fades and footwork like 2008-2010 kobe as well. He's kobe 2.0 even though other guys try to emulate kobes style just as much he actually got it down moreso than booker, tatum, kyrie, derozan. Its kinda like how out of the sgs that followed Jordan, kobe replicated his style the closest and almost matched the team success. Wouldn't be surprised if Brown gets close to matching Kobe's team success while guys like kyrie, derozan , pg , booker end up like iverson, tmac, vince, etc.
