Clark was the Naismith Defensive Player of the Year as a junior last season before an Achilles injury derailed his year. This could prove to be a super valuable pickup should Jaylen be able to improve on the offensive end.
Potentially one of the best perimeter defenders if not the best in the 2023 draft class, Clark should be a great addition to the Iowa Wolves for development.
Very keen to see Clark, Minnot, Moore Jnr and Miller run a muck down in Iowa next season. Overall a fantastic draft haul for Connelly and crew considering the late selections.
