One of the ULTIMATE cars of all time! Gordon Murray is without a doubt a maestro of magic when it comes to designing automobiles. It's the perfect blend of form and function. Gordon thinks like the automotive masters of yesteryear who also thought of an automobile in the sense of form vs.function. Names like Coachbuilders Jacques Saoutchik, Cesare Isotta and Vincenzo Fraschini, Carrozzeria Touring, and car designers Enzo Ferrari, Ferruccio Lamborghini, Ettore Bugatti, Ferdinand Porsche, and the many others of the Golden Age of Automobiles. Gordon Murray has no doubt left his mark in the world and will be remembered and honored many years into the future. No doubt his automobiles will grace the halls of the most distinguished automobile museums of both today and tomorrow as people will want to look at these incredible machines which are the pinnacle of automobiles. Gordon shares the legacy today with designers like Christian von Koenigsegg , Horatio Pagani, and many others who are bringing back the coachbuilder style of designing the very BEST OF THE BEST automobiles on the planet. Their passion shows through their incredible automobiles. I like the fact Gordon kept the legendary three seat position that reminds me of the Ferrari 365 P Berlinetta Speciale in the 60's with that same unique three seat with the driver in the center design that Gordon had in his original F1. No doubt he probably took inspiration from that Ferrari 365P Berlinetta Speciale that had the same design. It's incredible that Gordon came up with that incredible fan design in the back which helps to make the vehicle perform like a car with a wing for superior downforce during spirited driving. That rear fan design is a very unique looking design that actually has a purpose on the vehicle. Absolutely stunning automobile and if I were a multi-millionaire, this car would be at the top of my "wish list"!

When Dario nailed the throttle at 37:30, my first thought was OMG, that thing pulls like the race-prepped Shelby Cobra I drove in 1968. The previous owner campaigned the car for a couple of years and wore out the Ford engine. Building Ford race engines was and is very expensive, so the guy had a Chevy L88 engine with a much hotter cam fitted. Don Larson, the evil genius fabricator of Dearborn Heights, Michigan, made an oil pan with drag link tunnel, and a set of his signature exhaust headers. If you didn’t know better, you would swear the Chevy engine package was a factory installation. I’m still smiling over the memory 56 years later. Jay Leno you being such an automotive legend and inspiration for so many young car enthusiasts you should get a legend in the making Gordon Murray T.50, perfect for your collection, V12 analog heaven :)

Before buying my current Porsche Turbo S, I looked at the McLaren offering, but they just didn’t give me the type of GT driving the Porsche did. But this is truly impressive I have to say. I’m very impressed with the focus on making it a true GT car with all the power as a bonus to a car you would want to drive each day. Well done Mr. Murray and team. Finally someone who isn’t focused on the HP insanity in other cars and instead focused on what matters - the driving experience. Can’t wait to see one.

From the cir. 1890s , Scotland saw an increase in Italian immigrants. Many Italians experienced poverty and famine in their home country at this time. Many Italian men fled to Scotland to make money to support their families in Italy. Secondly, Italian prisoners of war were held in their thousands in Scotland during WWII. Many of these were 'trustees' and worked in agriculture and industry. And when the war ended, they stayed 🏴 👍
