That material looks great. It will probably hide a lot of dust and dirt bits as well since its multicolor. You did a fine job with that adhesive. I always put too much on and regret it when I press the fabric down. Very nice work on the odd shaped plastic piece.

Hi Matt, the material looks good & the hat absolutely gorgeous. Suits you well. You are a damn good hard working guy. You are going to be successful in your project. That's for sure.

What do you think of the material?
@petermanuel50432 жыл бұрын
Looks like it's coming along nicely. Definitely some progression since the cardboard box furniture. 加油!
@JaYoeNation2 жыл бұрын
Haha. I totally forgot about my cardboard generation 1

Matt I think use a roller for the fabric while sticking it to the board. Much easier.
@JaYoeNation2 жыл бұрын
Roller would have worked well

Matt you did a real nice job I think. Looks like it was tedious Job though and I like the color of the material. Looking good so far👍

Scotch Guard the fabric if you still can. It will clean better down the line.

Nice job. I’m glad my kit is coming finished, I would not want to do this part. Are you going to be back from your trip in time to make the van expo in Hood River?
@JaYoeNation2 жыл бұрын
I don’t think I’ll be back before the expo. When is it?
@brlowe12 жыл бұрын
I think June 25th.

Hey one other thing. Do you have a link to that stuff you showed that you might use as a deck on your roof? I’m looking for something to build a deck with that I can put some Merlin walkable Solar panels on.

I could never understand the reflective material. Like a baked potato. They always say put the tinfoil shiny side in, but after you wrap the potato, there is no light in there, so what is it reflecting?
@JaYoeNation2 жыл бұрын
It reflects heat from what I can tell. Similar to the survival blankets when you are mountain climbing. It’s interesting stuff. It also has a vapor barrier and that helps too
@paulahavens27642 жыл бұрын
Are you going to have your logo on the carpet so when you enter you see the logo?
@JaYoeNation2 жыл бұрын
Maybe. That’s a great idea.
@paulahavens27642 жыл бұрын
@@JaYoeNation Scotch guard is a good idea as well it will help in cleaning up time . Does the material you bought already have scotch guard protection on it?
@kcvu7215 Жыл бұрын
Are you using the actual brand reflectic or low-e?
@JaYoeNation Жыл бұрын
It’s actual reflectic. Behind all my panels.
