I got the Mueller and here is my take. I did not care for the mandolin attachment as it was difficult to use and my hand mandolin works better. But the chopper attachment works perfectly. Worth the money!! I made a salad with cucumbers, onions, tomatoes and avocados. Perfectly chopped veggies in record time. Not sure if all models work as well as mine but boy I love mine.

@@Jay_Rule I made an Italian salad using onions, tomatoes, an avocado, and cucumbers. I also chopped up some mushrooms, zucchini, and onions to sauté’ later for a vegetable side dish. I tried chopping up some red potatoes for my Instant Pot potato salad and the chopper gave me perfect, uniform dice sized pieces, which the recipe specifically calls for. I had watched a lot of videos because these choppers looked too good to be true, and after watching videos of real people and not actors, I decided to take the plunge. I decided on the Mueller because it was not completely Chinese and seemed better. Plus it was on sale. I am not sure if it is actually better than the less expensive alternatives but know it does everything I want and saves me a huge amount of time and produces perfect uniform cuts. I use the chopper blade the most but plan on doing some more with the other blades. The one thing that you also pointed out is that you have to put reasonably sized pieces in the cutter to get perfect results. I was totally amazed how it chopped up tomatoes! I use mine almost daily!

Mine is similar but, mine does not have the button on it and haven't used mine yet but I got it out when you were demonstrating yours so I can see how to use it because mine did not come with instructions and my lid doesn't seem to fit tight on the plastic? And it did seem like you were struggling a bit? Anyway I will be trying mine out soon now that I know how to use the parts. Thanks.

Are you left handed? I feel like you're using it backwards. You should be holding the handle, and it seems like you don't have much strength the way you're using it.

You want to cut the veggies so that they lie as flat as possible, and fit it within the square. It's better to just slam the top. It cuts the veggies very easily when you slam the end of the lid with your palm or fist.

I think that inside gray basket is unecessary. I'd rather have my food touching the clear plastic, which that's how I do it. My kit came with no instructions.

There may be a downloadable app but it should be pretty straightforward. Search other brands because the use is similar.
