Trying to be more confident doesn't work, especially in the moment. Confidence is not something you turn off and on. Being the most confident person in the room is not about never showing weakness. Confidence is something you feel because you are at peace with the person you have become. Confidence is knowing your actions are aligned with your beliefs and you control your reaction to every situation. True confidence is evident when your faults are open for everyone to see... yet you still take action.

🧘🏾‍♂️Hey Jay, this message was truly awesome and very much on time. I believe the concept of using love first🥰. I feel that if we did everything with love first to include on how we see ourselves, we would no longer have the issues the world projects on who we say we are in our own minds. Our very birthdays makes us so unique that for the most part, people are aware that there are no two people that are alike in this estimated 7.8 Billion people in the world. I use to find myself wanting to be like a lot of people, my mom, my dad, friends and the like. Heck even you and Prince Ea. It took a hard breakdown of who I thought I was to understand that the reason why I wanted to be like my family members and you is because I started to realize that as I inhale the air around me, I was breathing the same air that my mom, dad, friends, you, Prince ea and the likes had breathed (its why we are all connected, its by the air that we breathe) Yet when I exhaled, the air that was offered to me, back to those whose air I had accepted in, I was left with nothing but myself🧘🏾‍♂️. However, I can only realize that if I do one thing and one thing only and that is to mediate, pray or just find some way to quite ones mind long enough to know that if if we all stop breathing we would all pass, however to think that there is nothing else after seem a bit selfish. Its like this in my mind...I know that if I want to live, all I have to do is breathe...that's it. Nothing else to it. If that sounds to far fetch...then the only concept is to trying the theory of not breathing and see if there is anything more to do than to just breathe. For the moment you stop breathing, those who you love dearly like my family and friends to include you and others I call my mentors. If they were there to see me trying to not breath, they would want me to do one thing...Just breathe...its how we come into the world...we just have to breathe and it all continues...that is how life is...life is air...and air does not stop existing because it literally reaching all the way to the cosmos down to the air very cells in your body. Its how some actually knowledge is passed down oddly enough, because water has memory and the air carries the water. We compare ourselves because we are taught to do it🤦🏽‍♂️...But we can unteach all of that just by getting people to start to love who they are and no longer worry about the voices of others. Those who love you will support you. Those who don't will be nasty and say hurtful things. Simply because my views are different🤷🏽‍♂️...yet I no longer worry about those voices any more, well the ones who dont support me any ways and even those who do...I have learn to focus on just loving myself...the more love I have for myself, the more Love I can give to other and the cool part is this😎... Love is inside of you, so until you stop breathing...always use love first and the rest just kind of falls into place.
