I couldn't agree more. I had a very bad accident 18 months ago. Both my legs were broken and my spinal cord burst. The doctors said prepare for the worst, I will be paralysed.... I started visualizing how I can walk again, and with this mindset and with the encouragement of my physiotherapist & family, I started walking again after 7 months...

I have been visualising every day for many months that my arm and hand will work again since being left paralysed down my left side from a stroke in 2017 I have regained my walking even though still a little wobbly at times but am so desperate for my arm and hand to work and be functional again I visualise my hand reaching out but nothing now after watching this I will try harder you always know the right things to say you are very handsome and very wise thank you for your inspiring videos I been watching them on Facebook your lovely calming voice sends me to sleep at nite 🤗😘xx

hi, thanks for the video. I am pretty good at visualization something. Because my profession as a animator and graphic designer required me to do so. As a result, i found it extremely useful not just for my work and its also help me to decide something before facing the consequences. But, the downsize of it, some people getting carried away by visualizing something negative which leads to crime such as rape and robbery.
