I loved this talk and from my experience I can say i does works, just 3 years ago I was a simple Mother without Dreams or goals, I couldn't get over my divorce and with two children on my responsabilities. Fortunatly one day I found a book about this topic and I got obsessed, now I can say that I'm learning a New lenguage (english), I have a good job and I love my life. I just want to say, all is possible just depend of us, we need to put all our focus and intention, now I'm visualizing me studying in a forenge University :) Pls, follow your Dreams, you have value, you are worth you are the own of your life! I send you a lot of love.

2 years before I gave birth to my daughter, I had visualisation of a cute and beautiful little girl sleeping in my arm, I had her face in my mind, before I formally met her in this world. About 2 years later, my daughter was born, and how it surprised me that when she sleeps, her little face looks exactly like what I was visualising 2 years ago. I didn’t visualise with too much effort, it was just an image that made me so happy. I guess this is how visualisation works. Like this lady said, desire, emotion, and acceptance together. Then when the effort comes in, it will work for us :) ❤

What a young woman👏👏👏!!! I ve always been a negative thinker ( because disappoinments in early life stages) so without knowing what I was choosing, I choose to be prepared for the bad things, and keep the hope as low as possible. That way I killed many good things in life for me. Now I working on to get rid of that mindset, sometimes is easier but there are hard days too to keep upright. Hope many of you are doing right, and hope those who are still struggling to achieve a new way of life keep on the track

This a true. With my first delivery I was 36 Hours on labor. With my second delivery, we worked- my labor educator (she used to work with my midwife) and I on imagining a better labor and delivery. She also gave me a tape to listen, and that is what I did. I started the process of labor at home and had the baby in one hour at the hospital It requires practice, but like any learning needs practice. Two babies, three years apart, the same month- the 28 and the 30, and I had two complete opposite experiences. It can be done💕

Sad thing is u dont know how many people have passed through the same life experience but didnt succeed. After all the history is written but the victorious, not by the losers. Just because she talked about her being successful and because of that actually have the opportunity to tell her story we still dont know how many people failed on similar conditions!
@angrytedtalks4 жыл бұрын
Yes, you are right. She is stating the obvious and bragging about her own success.
@amanqz9014 жыл бұрын
She was successful. No doubt abt that. Bt when she said there no doubt abt failing to achieve my goal(already programmed her mind that their is no failure, only success nd thats what she got). People tend to live in fear if the think there more possibility of failure and do not give their best.
@thehotchilli82454 жыл бұрын
@@amanqz901 What you say is not wrong but what I stated is that many people probably gave their best to achieve their goals and could have done exactly what Ana Isabel did but didnt have any luck. So with this captive story about success you tend to not visualize if this "visualization" that she talks is in fact correct or just an blunder that happened to her and she was successful enough to share it on TEDx and many other people did the same thing and failed, but we will never know about it.
