Im taking notes! Is this about right? 1) Agree to adopt the growth mindset. See BOTH SIDES of the conflict, not just yours. 2) Agree to make clear agreements with each other during conflict. 3) Embrace conflict. (aka: "Willing to work through it") 4) Don't blame. Take responsibility. Don't blame yourself or the other. 5) Speak with care and respect. Don't yell, talk shit or throw the other person under the bus 6) Don't make threats of leaving 7) Finish the argument. Either now or later (soonish / asap) 8) Learning Tools: Agree to know and learn tools that help you work through a conflict 9) Lead with vulnerability. 10) Agree to repair effectively.
