This is so true. I know that I follow it at work. Do the hardest things first. Deal with the problem first. In personal life. Sometimes. I don’t. I should

Such good advice. Always aim to get the crappy stuff out of the way asap but sometimes it ain’t that easy. I can be so guilty of putting stuff off sometimes, so know how you feel. Hope the crap sorts itself soon for you Jay! 🤞

Bonjour Jay. My husband and I are in Paris for another week and would like to meet you if possible. We are staying in the 7th, near La Tour Eiffel.

I agree. I've also read that people with ADHD (or let's just say procrastinators) tend to need the urgency that procrastination creates to get those dopamine bumps and get motivated. That said, as a rampant procrastinator with a few accomplishments to my name, I agree with you. Life is almost always better when you do the hard things first.

If I find myself kicking a can down the road, I try to move it up my to-do list asap. Amazing how the stress can just build if you don't

Why do I watch this ? Because it was satisfying. Good audio, good video, good words. This can only be achieved with effort. I respect anyone who is good at what they do. All the best.

Jay. What happened to the Peloton Cafe? You turned me on to that place and I always rent bikes from them. I was just there this past summer. Love the staff. Have not seen you there in a while. Did I miss a video?

2:16 This is why you should read literary fiction and if you’re reading non-fiction, make it those written by journalists. I’m tired of this cottage industry of quack advice dispensing.

Sometimes life is a real slog. I used to use this principle as a kid with the dinner plate: eat the least liked things first so you can get to the good stuff. This reminds me that I need to get my taxes done, lol.
