Jay warvz, if im not mistaken, the chicago bulls were always like 29th, 28th in nba, bulls were tied with gsw in the worst standings in 2000-01 or was it 2001-02 I say bulls always 29th or 28th in NBA because they are garbage without scottie pippen and mj the goat
