I got to give Erik Spoelstra credit for giving undrafted players a chance to shine around Jimmy Butler no one expected this squad to be in the NBA Finals when they became a play-in team to the 8th seed team. They did a hell of a job beating the best teams but even though they lost the Finals they're the real deal and need to find some better pieces around Jimmy Butler if they're going back to the ship.

Born and raised in Colorado so I am happy the Nuggets won their first NBA Title…but I do feel for the Heat team. With all their injuries for them to be the 8th seed and make it to the NBA finals was an impressive run…but people will only remember that they lost but not want they had to overcome to get there.

Yeah I hope and pray Miami Heat goes after some valuable players this offseason. What they really need is an defensive big man who can create some space for guys like Bam and Jimmy and a point guard who can actually score. And of course go after some quality role players. I really wanna see Jimmy get a ring in Miami. He has that mentality and plus he’s getting older. If they don’t go after those specific players, we ain’t gonna be able get past the second round. Teams like Phoenix Suns and Boston Celtics are getting better. I hope Miami do the same.

The Heat pulled off the unthinkable. As an 8th seed, beating the Bucks, Knicks and Celtics in the playoffs and making the finals (despite losing to the Nuggets in 5). This was very special. It's like the 2021 Habs all over again
