This is so true I Read somewhere that the worst mistake we do after a break up is to avoid the pain it has caused the more me avoid the more it piles up so the only way to end it is let it flow through us . Do not stop yourself to think about them just let your thoughts come and go with ease . And trust me it works I have experienced it myself

Yesss this is so true!!! I found this video super helpful thank you very much!! I always wondered why is it always the guys that I don’t like at all always liking me back like what am I doing wrong why am I attracting these certain people. But the one that I DO like seems to not act the same way and it all makes sense. Especially when I really ignored him he always found a way to talk to me it was weird. And now it’s like none have talked but I want to chase him really bad. So I guess I’ll bring this method back and just continue focusing on myself and goals like I always have. Thank you..i really needed this. Its been hard from a 5 yr relationship i just got out of. Things my ex said or did linger and hate myself for having tried to tell him my feels then being turned against me. Making me feel like im too emotional and streesed myself out to where my condition after the breakup got worse to where i could have died. I was in and pit of depression in my relationship with my ex. Im working on getting better to lose weight, better skin and such, but its hard to keep a routine, keeping myself in check or that it is hard bc my condition with my body physically just drains me, also mentally too a bit.
