Predator has upgraded the interior in the urbain houndstooth 3x5 I got a few months ago. I bought JB's interior to upgrade it and when pulled the original out, I could see it's not the thin nylon any more. It's still a bit thinner than JB's and nowhere near as tight, but it gets the job done I think. I'll try JB's for a few weeks, but I might just put the original back in because its easier to get the cues out of. Thanks JB for calling them out on their bullshit and making them change things.

Well, I spent 55,- on the 2/5, 3/4 interior padding at Seyberts plus shipping to Europe plus taxes. The padding is way different than in this Video: it has a kind of hard paper/plastic collar at the top opening and is sewn closed bottom. So this does not really fit into the Urbain Case‘s tube. I had to cut and peel off the collar to make it fit. But now the whole padding is still too long for the tube and it can not be properly fixed at the bottom of it. The material of my Urbain Case (bought in 02/23) is way thicker than the thin nylon, but not as thick as the JB Ultra Pad. Not quite sure yet it stays tight and fixed in the tube and if I will keep it.

John, do you happen to know if the predator metro have the same kinda of interior setup(removable tube)? They look like a different version of an urbain case. Love your cases and products. Have 2 JB cases and bought y’all’s interior for my urbain case that I purchased before getting one of your own.

I never realized how little protection I was getting with these cases. I recently bought the 4x5 Konllen version of the urbain case. Do you have a 4x5 insert to replace the Konllen?

It doesn't and I don't think that I mentioned the economic state of the world in the video. This video was made to affect the protection level of the Urbain case. But if you did want to know how it might affect the economic state of the world.... On a economically microscopic level getting to keep money instead of spending it on broken cues caused by shitty cases can be positive as it allows the cue owners to spend their money on other things.
