I started collecting state quarter when they came out. It was one of the first sets I began working on. I am about 2/3's done with a MS67 or better state quarter P,D,S clad set.

Is that difficult? On the surface, it would seem that if you purchased the mint sets from the USmint, then you should have some near perfect specimens.

State quarters are worth looking for and will keep my eye on the P and D minted coins ...will pay attention to the population too ...2001 Kentucky definitely worth it to find one with a error too

I think all statehood quarters are worth collecting! I have a few of the 2001 Kentucky and had no idea the mintage was so low. I will definitely be on the lookout for those in higher grades! Thank you for the info.

Video was very helpful. Was wondering if you have ever touched on the Kentucky State quarter where there is no mint stamp on front and the date on the back is missing last digit. The year shown on mine is "200" and not a 2001.

I didn’t know that Sacajawea error existed! I think it’s definitely worth looking for 2001 Kentucky quarters. I have a bad tendency to not take newer coins as seriously when looking for errors. I think I should start looking closer at them!

I am going to reexamine all the quarters again from that release date especially the 2001 Ds and Ps kentucky.as I came across several of them a few months ago and bought them up so yes I would say it's worth looking for them. Thank you for the information

My dad joined your "membership" for the 4.99$ a month, Coins have become a hobby for him and finding some one who is willing to help him out with coins he has on whether or not he has something or if its something common has been a pain, He likes your videos and how you two are, BUT, No matter how much we check we can not find any way of sending an email of coin pictures to you as this is how he has done it with everyone else, So...How is he suppose to send you pictures of coins he has questions on?

The Kentucky state quarter is definitely worth looking for. It may not be worth grading but $.25 possibly being worth 30$+ dollars makes them valuable to me.

Recently I’ve been getting state quarters I have never seen! J, why do people grade some of these coins if the grading costs more than what the coin will sell for? I want a clipped planchet so badly! Great video! I always check every coin I get, I’ll will be on the look out for that Kentucky coin!

I definitely think it is worth the hunt. As i mostly hunt coin rolls, i doubt i will find any of these is a high enough grade to merit a slab. But i will be keeping an eye out for these mint sets now, when i can. Thanks J&B.

I found a 2001 Vermont quarter with a error on the obverse on Washington’s nose and an error on the reverse where the 2 buckets are supposed to be on the right side also it has a cuff on the coin. The coin is a bit rough but I think it’s cool. Not sure how much it’s worth

I found a 2001 Kentucky 1792 quarter in my pocket change, and it appears to have errors on the back of it .I'd love to see what you showed, but looking at it at an angle instead of flat.this quarter looks like it's bronze and it has these odd striations through it, but doesn't go outside of the remm it's a Philadelphia mint and the front side doesn't have these odd striations. And it looks to me as if it's made out of bronze and copper. It's not silver looking at all.Any information you can give me on this, I'd appreciate, thanks, and God bless .

I had no idea a Kentucky 2001 quartered to be so valuable so i pulled my quarters and after checking 2 whole rolls of 2001, all I had was $2.75 of the Kentucky quarters. But now that I know, I'll be on the look out for some in nice conditions. Although I had twice that in Vermont.
