Watching this just taught me how swop from being connected to ipad to being connected to phone so many thanks one question.Can you be connected to 2 devices at same time ie ipad and phone without having to disconnect one or the other thank you

Thank you for your comment. Unfortunately two devices at the same time is not possible. That would be very nice though because I was also expecting to connect to my smart watch and phone so if I leave my phone home, then the smart watch keeps connected. This was a dream scenario but unfortunately not possible.

Make sure fully synchronised. Go to settings and select Bluetooth. Then push the headset name to synchronise manually. You should hear a sound from the headset. Let me know if it helps.

You can control it from your phone through Bluetooth. When it's connected to the headphones through Bluetooth, start pushing the buttons up and down from the side of your phone and you will the Bluetooth value to increase/decrease :)

Unfortunately not. But it will be possible when they update the JBL app. Currently, this type of headphone is not integrated in the app.

@pramodtamang7277 If there is no indication at all, even when you take out the ear plugs, then it is definitely bettery in the box is broken. If this is the case, deliver them back and get new ones.
