Quick question is the nose cone seal suppose to seat in the actually frame or no?

The nose cone seal should sit against the chassis, yes. The tunnel isn't really air tight, so the seal isn't exactly crucial, but VW put it there, so we do too.

Hi... why did U put a bigger flywheel into the gearbox?

12 volt flywheels are larger than the factory 6 volt flywheels.

When should you rebuild the transmission? I am doing on off body restore. However, when I look up VW transmission rebuild, there doesnt seem to be a lot of people doing it.
