Jc Chasez started his career in the Mickey Mouse Club. It was the place where he met his friend and later Bandmate Justin Timberlake. Later on, he became a member of the legendary group N sync. They broke records and won multiple awards. JC signed later a Solo deal, but things didn't go the way he wanted it.

JC's last name is pronounced "Sha-zay". It's French. His first name is Joshua, but his family calls him Josh. "JC" are his initials, used on the Mickey Mouse Club (there was already a guy named Josh on the show), and he continued using it into ☆NSYNC.

🔥 good perspective at the end about former band / group members being seen as competition at the same record company. Someone should have told them all to split up amongst different record companies to have a better chance at getting resources and the spotlight! 💯

Bottom line...JC & JT are BOTH super talented! I'm fans of both, but JT was focused on more, for the solo career, partly because I do believe he had more drive for that and(even JC stated that he was more comfortable in a group or behind the scenes!) JT was way more comfortable being the 'front' guy in Nsync(and once he kind of took that role, industry people & fans started thinking he 'was' the front man, which tbt, technically he WASN'T!)As far as the whole group goes.. BOTH were needed! Both added their own talents & BOTH could dance & sing, JT had a sound that without him, it wouldn't have been Nsync! And he was definitely more comfortable with doing that lead 'role' with audiences! I WILL NEVER discount JT's talent & his further success after leaving the group! Was a fan then, still am a fan! That being said! First off, we don't need to put one down to bring up the other! I do understand tho, frustration with it all, because in my opinion... JC hands down, had the better voice AND was the better dancer! But once one breaks away from a successful group & is equally successful on their own...Anyone else going solo, from that group for the most part, might have a harder time gaining that same level of success & fame! However, that is not to say that the industry didn't do JC super dirty, they DID! They didn't promote him well, they steered him away from r&b, dance, pop-soul, etc not realizing, they could've had both guys do well in the same genre, also not to mention as talented & versatile as JC is, he EFFEN SHINES in R&B, dance, pop-soul type of sound, his voice WAS MADE FOR IT(altho he could sing a phone book & sound BRILLIANT!)(Btw, his second album that never got released, yet was leaked, IS PHENOMENAL! HE WOULD HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS, so yeah...IT IS the industry's loss! Well, and ours, his fans!)I also BELIEVE that when JT heard JC on the Blaque song...he panicked just a little & probably thought, he better UP his game if he wants to go solo, which I also believe, he had set his sights on early in the groups success, just my opinion! JC, I believe just wanted to go with the flow of the NSYNC's success for as long as possible, he loved being a part of that group! So, yeah, everything was against JC once JT veered away & was then, backed by super-producers & the record label! JC WAS DOGGED! I will always give JT his credit...BUT, my heart & my love for JC and his beautiful, phenomenal VOICE will NEVER DIE! And his fans ALL know what he DESERVED!💯🔥❤️💥
