अफसरों से ज्यादा जानकारी रखते हैं जे सी ओ और जवान। लड़ाई में सबसे आगे सेंक्शन कमांडर और प्लाटुन कमांडर की सुझबुझ से अफसर लड़ाई में कामयाब होते हैं। तथा बटालियन में, ब्रिगेड में, एरिया सब एरिया में भी जे सी ओ और जवान ही केंटिन , सप्लाई डिपो में सभी काम करते हैं।

Notification is good. But ZSWO is to be re facilitated. The corporate facilities of majority ZSWOs are in minimal working terms. They are working with the given minimum facilities with out any complaints.. Introduction of SPARSH and BJP defence policies, multiplied the jobs of limited staffs that are in ZSW offices. If the center will pay a little attention to re-accommodate ZSW offices with most modern technological corporate working philosophies ,then work load, time and quality will be ensured by the staffs.

Sahebs who never left India. Still visible in Armed forces and judiciary. Also visible in civilians (ccs rules ) who guard extreme boarders of India with weapon, Maps and rigorous training.( paramiltary ). It is surprising that jawan and JCO s have no ability and experience even though served in 25 years. But, but, the so called "madams" posses the ability and experience in war and administration.
