I have a little brother who reminds me so much of Travis. Handsome young man, charming, funny, but he’s so irresponsible. I worry about him every day having something like this happen. He did have a crazy stalker ex at some point. I always tell him he’s got to stop stringing girls along because you never know when that girls gonna pull a Jodi. Travis’ flirtatious behavior may have been frustrating for a woman who wanted a marriage but it’s still no reason to murder someone. I hope everyday my brother just settles down and finds a good partner. He’s got a lot of growing up to do. I feel so sad Travis never got to experience that life.

Man, that prosecutor was on point. I can only imagine the mental fortitude it takes to be able to so meticulously and repetitively explain every single tiny detail and frame it in such a way that makes it so the defense has absolutely no way around it. This detective deserves a medal for having to sit in a room and listen to her deflections that go in never ending circles. I'm 15 and even I am not that stupid. You should NEVER break the law, thats step one in being smart. But if you DO manage to break the first rule of good living, then at least KNOW what you're doing when commuting the crime and know the punishments for doing such acts. Again, you should never do a crime in general because that's just stupid, and lands you further downward than before.

Well, no one can deny that it’s not a vigorous defense. That’s their job. People often believe that a defense attorney’s job is to prove their client’s innocence. It’s not. Their job is to beat the charges or get you the best deal possible. In some cases they have to mount a defense in spite of their client doing everything humanly possible to get themselves convicted. At 25:35: "You would go into his house when he wasn't there". If it was me, and that wasn't true, I would interrupt, and say "that's bullshit", or words to that effect. And I'd be pissed off. What a thing to be accused of! Nothing from our Jodie, though. And she's totally still. I think most people who hadn't done that would openly react in some way.

I find it more interesting than creepy since we already know that they are guilty (dramatic irony), it makes us wonder what they’ll try to do to make themselves sound innocent and how well they do it as well as how the interrogator will find out the truth, it makes us analyse. I don’t find it creepy because lots people would usually lie, act guiltless and act innocent if they got in trouble and it gave them a chance to escape no matter the crime, whether it be stealing a cookie from a jar or murdering someone. It’s mental human nature, and since we already know that, I don’t think it’s creepy (perhaps scary, but not creepy).

Thats why they're capable of ending someone's life. They have no humanity left.
