The ultimate in physical and mental toughness,best seen ever in training your body from marshmallow to hard as granite rock.Ps in reality it could cripple and hospitalization yourself but done correctly yes you become a hard weapon. Yes Xain chow is a hard taskmaster but for good reason.

Classic movie but this particular training scene with the stretching always annoyed me. That's a great way to just tear your muscles/tendons/fascia/etc. and get a significant injury that will take a long time to heal rather than make you more flexible.
