Love the videos, I played at Rutgers so i know a little bit about hitting, but I am interest in what you think about transitioning to softball. Matching the plane doesn't really work when its coming in at negative 60 degrees lol. EVERY slow pitch softball KZbinr is terrible and you can tell they never played baseball at a higher level.

As a Fastpitch coach I’m always telling the girls their swing is like a dance (like a waltz - load, step, fire the hands... 1,2,3) and they need follow the lead of the pitcher because the pitcher won’t adjust to them. Will share video with the team, maybe hearing it from someone other than me will allow it to sink in...

What I do is I time the pitcher up like I’m hitting and I’ll get my hitting feels between pitches
