Which is the REVERSE LIVE wire? This reverse camera stuff took me ages to figure out. I think its a puzzling topic for a lot of people. Please add any helpful comments to possibly help someone out in the future.

Hi does your reverse camera work when you are not in reverse ? The van I am looking at does not have any windows and I like to check who is behind me when I am driving.

Hi. No the screen only comes on when I select Reverse gear. The camera and screen are literally getting their power from the reverse light.....and that only comes on when i select reverse. I know what your saying but I'm not sure how you go about doing that. I think I remember @gregvirgoe having a camera set up like that in his van. Maybe you can find something on his channel. Hiya mate - Like your username - Yeah the reverse cam is still brilliant. I really like the way its part of the brake light. The little screen in the cab works a treat, It would be even better if stereo screen could be used i suppose but i wasn't sure how to rig that up to be honest. The hardest part was finding the reverse live ( the Grey one). It was all new to me that stuff so it was a real headscratcher. Cheers for your comment. good luck

Top man I appreciate you replying back. I will have a look at picking one up. Mine is a 2014 vivaro so I don’t have the built in screen so the separate screen will be great for me. Been watching your other vids van looks amazing well done
