Applying some stretch carpet. Ply panels cut for the walls are taking shape, and finally have a ceiling going up.

I've just started to watch your camper build and i can't t believe how very similar both our builds are, nearly 80% exactly the same what i've done to mine and we are both at a similar point in our builds.... I'm putting White uPVC cladding on the inner roof saturday all going well with the weather, plus i've just started with the cupboard builds along with the 3/4 rock n roll bed. can't wait to see what your coming up to next..

Hey @homer1033 That's cool that we have gone similar routes. Is yours a Trafic/Vivaro also? Yeah good shout with the cladding mate, it seems a good option for many folks.(Durable and light) I was always mindful of weight and head room so tried to keep the ceiling as high/thin as possible and keep the floor to a minimum, while still doing a decent job on insulating etc.... I've learnt everything is a compromise with these vans: there's always a pro and a con to a decision. Are you a first timer just trying your best like me, or are you a veteran? @@TheJDWay hi Jon no like you I'm a 1st timer and it's my 1st time owning a van. I've owned everything you can mention in vehicles before but always wanted to do a van conversion and after my last downfall of crashing my Discovery it seamed it was time. Yes my van is SWB Vivaro so every inch is precious. Seen a few with wooden cladded roof but thought I'd be a bit different. I've only done pics of my build which at some point I'll do a youtube montage.. Can't wait to see what other ideas you come up with.
